Scooby and Shaggy are alerted through Uncle Albert and Robi that Dr. Phineus Phibes is planning to use a heat ray to melt a massive glacier on Mount Zeryodelwietzen (the white yodeler) in Switzerland.
Dr. Phibes' latest evil plot is to abduct three of the world's leading scientists in order to gain technologically advanced weapons. Shaggy and Scooby must prevent this by sneaking into the country club and protect them at all costs.

In a final attempt to nano-power himself, Phibes uses a new version of the formula developed by his agents --- which promptly turns him into a fluffy, saucer eyed kitten.
Scooby and Shaggy enter a race across Greenland, "The Polar Bear 3000," in order to stop Dr. Phibes' evil agents from transporting an Electromagnetic Device, that when detonated, will knock out worldwide telecommunications...
Scooby and Shaggy travel into the desert to discover that Dr. Phineus Phibes has built a giant, weaponized robot in his image. Phibes' plan is to merge with the robot and become one with it, making himself all powerful and immortal.
