Womanizer bachelor Vavá lives a comfortable life next to his domestic worker Edileuza in São Paulo. His life turns upside down when his socialite sister Cassandra brings her naive daughter Magda and son-in-law Caco Antibes to live with him because of short money. However, Vavá doesn't want to share his house with them; so he pretends to be newly engaged to young Babete. Cassandra denies to leave until she meets her future sister-in-law; so she puts up an engagement party for Vavá and Babete... until they find out the bride is actually the building doorman Ribamar disguised as a woman.

Caco tries to make benefit from the heritage, by fooling everyone and unsuccessfully trying to take possession of the Avenue. However, everything changes when they discover Tio Lico isn't really dead.

Caco tries to convince Magda into taking sensual photos for an erotic magazine - and in order to double the cash, he "creates" Agda, Magda's fake twin sister. However, Cassandra doesn't agree with it, and will only authorize the photos if her late husband, the Brigadier speaks to them in a spiritual session. Despite Caco's efforts to organize a fake session with Edileuza and Ribamar, Cassandra boycotts Magda's edition by destroying all the copies. But Caco soon finds another goldmine when he decides to make Edileuza the new star, under the artistic name of Miss Rubber.

An unfortunate episode surprises the entire family: Edileuza is sexually assaulted. Everyone mobilizes to help her through this difficult time, and Cassandra even organizes a protest parade against the assaulter, in defense of women. However, Edileuza is still very moved by what happened, and keeps "seeing" the mysterious attacker everywhere she goes - including during one of Vavá's business meetings. And things get even more complicated when they find out the assaulter may be closer than they think.

If you want to preserve a feeling of relative safety and harmony in life you better avoid thinking too much about certain matters. Like what sausages consist of, how laws are made. And what really goes on in hospitals. The Archive follows the daily chores of six individuals who work in the deep catacombs of a hospital, more specifically in the hospital archive where the case records are kept. Archive Director Dagny loves her colleagues with all her heart. But is love and care enough when the hospital administration sends their most insensitive computer engineer to take on the (long overdue) task of digitizing every file from A to Z? How can they preserve status quo when facing the evil nerd from hell? Dagny claims they have nothing to fear but fear itself. After all engineers have their own jobs, she reasons, they have no interest in taking theirs. Her strategy: don't rock the boat and everything will eventually return to normal.
