Oliver hosts a guided tour of a new but fairly typical student apartment building in Finland. It includes some features that would be considered a luxury in other developed countries, most notable the sauna but also double doors and windows for thermal and acoustic insulation, secure basement bicycle and person property storage rooms and a universal personal smart key.
