Hugh goes wild water swimming with several academics after learning about their work. He participates in a vegan-themed cooking competition and goes fishing.
With the help of the River Cottage hens and veg patch, Hugh cooks what he calls a 'Full Springlish' breakfast. There's also foraging, beavers, and a wild lunch with an old pal.
