A journalist arrives at Covington and Kit winds up revealing more than she should. Will is facing expulsion due to his poor grades, and Nav tries to fix his horrible roommate problem.
Rudy is offered a job back home. Kit is tempted to leave Covington after a magazine article comes out in which she unintentionally, but very publicly, criticizes the school. Elaine makes a devastating discovery.
