Grif and Simmons flee as Caboose's trigger-happy firing has dire consequences. The cavalry arrives and Tucker requests reinforcements. Tex assaults the Red Base.
The Blues fake an attack on the Reds while Sarge and Church meet up in the spirit world. Donut returns and Lopez finally speaks. Church tries to warn the Red Team.
Doc makes an impression on Sarge. When the Reds try to make a deal with the Blues, one soldier gets stuck in the middle. Sparks fly when Lopez and Sheila meet, but the unexpected return of a former ally changes everything.
Tex tries to explain her mysterious return. Church and Tex venture into Caboose's mind to search for O'Malley. Doc discovers a strange vehicle and Grif has an operation. Simmons and Grif bicker over surgery.
The Reds and Blues must work together to stop O'Malley. Caboose helps Donut with an important discovery, and Sarge and Donut attempt to fix the Warthog.
