It's Halloween and Angela and Sharon must deal with the ghouls and goblins of St. Columba's flats on a call out. They find themselves the targets of masked local youths, who throw bottles and cans as they try to make their way to a woman who has fallen and trapped in her flat. When they break into the flat, they find Jo Black, not only with a broken ankle but also eight months pregnant and going into labour. Are Angela and Sharon prepared to deliver a baby?
