Mousse calls out Ranma to battle. During training at Jusenkyo, he fell into the Yahzu-Nii-Chuan, or "Spring of Drowned Duck," and blames Ranma for his new transformation. Incidentally, Mousse intends to splash Akane with water from the Yahzu-Nii-Chuan!
A perverted old man named Happosai appears before Akane. He turns out to be the master of both Genma and Soun. While the two old pupils panic, Happosai appoints Ranma as his heir and decides to stay at the dojo indefinitely.
Ryoga acquires a map to the Japanese Nan'niichuan, which can help him permanently turn back into a man. Ranma helps Ryoga with the search, and somehow they end up at the girls' locker room at Furinkan High School.
The Aqua-Moss Urn is the key to deciphering the mystery of the Japanese Nan'niichuan. Following the code written on the urn, Ranma finds himself at Kuno's mansion. Shampoo and Akane also get mixed up in the chaos at the Kuno Estate!
After his clash with Happosai, Ranma manages to get his hands on the Crimson-Moss Urn. After deciphering its code, Ranma and the others find themselves at the Cat Café in search of the Golden-Moss Urn. The mystery will finally be revealed!
Akane learns how to bake cookies at school. As she offers some to Ranma to try, Kodachi snatches the cookies away. Ranma chases after Kodachi, leaving Akane in tears.
The neighborhood watch representative asks Soun to catch the panty thief, who is none other than Happosai. When Soun finds he's not up to the task, Ranma decides to take on the challenge on his behalf.
Akane agrees to play Juliet in the Drama Club's performance of Romeo and Juliet. Ranma, Kuno and Happosai, meanwhile, battle it out for the role of Romeo, causing the play to take a surprising turn!
The bathtub breaks at the Tendo Dojo, so everyone decides to take a trip to the local bathhouse. Happosai does everything he can to sneak a peak into the women's bath, causing an uproar with Ranma, who tries to stop him.
