Children's animation. Postman Pat has been promoted to head of the Special Delivery Service, which means he will now be called upon to deliver anything, anytime, anywhere. Together with his new boss, Ben, a fleet of new vehicles and his faithful companion Jess the cat, Pat proves that he can be relied upon to deliver on time, every time. On the snowiest day of the year, Pat has to deliver a pair of ice skates to Meera. However, the snow falls so quickly that he gets trapped inside the sorting office with Ben and Jess.
