Peter brags to Lost Boys how he stole a crystal from the Ice King and inadvertently summons the creature. The King is furious and warns them not to enter his realm again or he'll bring eternal winter. Too bad Peter never listens.

The Lost Boys try to pull an old stave out of a rock that it is stuck into. Only Tootles has the patience to stick with it until it comes out, but the pestilence that is unleashed when the stave comes out is a fire breathing dragon that is flying around scorching Neverland. Only Tootles has the power to put the stave back into the dragon's locket. But will he have the courage to do it?
While exploring a cave, Peter, Slightly, and John open a treasure chest that contains the ghost of Captain Patch (a.k.a. Jaspar Hook). Patch's ghost has grown powerful enough to summon his old ship The Rake from beyond.
Michael has a recurring nightmare of the Croc and an Eagle fighting each other, so Peter and Wendy bring him to see Chief Great Big Little Panther to help him understand the meaning of it.

The Can Do Twins suffer a rift between each other and keep fighting incessantly. So Wendy decides to have contest to build fastest racing machine In Neverland. Peter get's Billy Jukes help to him build one.
Tinkerbell complaints that Wendy's stories aren't exciting enough so she uses her fairy magic to make the stories comes alive as it's told. Hook decides to create his own book of revenge.
Peter and the Lost Boys want to know what Mother look's like so they steals Hook's picture of his mother and when the crew find it missing they try to create a new one. But Wendy makes them give it back.
After Tinkerbell uses her magic to bring the book "Alice in Wonderland" to life, Peter and Wendy find themselves in Wonderland with the other Neverland residents as characters from the story.
The vain mermaids are so jealous because Peter proclaims that Wendy is the most beautiful being in Neverland that they kidnap her and transform her into a mermaid. Unfortunately, they do not give her the ability to breathe underwater.
Peter steals Hook's the rest of the pirates shadows which causes them to walk upside-down. But the shadows merge together and become more dangerous than they all realizes.
Billy Jukes is the only pirate who goes after Robert Mullins who is dying but with Slghtly's help he knows the antidote for Neverfever and offers to help Billy get it.
Tinkerbell grants Curly's wish to be the funniest boy in all Neverland but every word that comes out of his mouth is cause for hilarity. While Hook has written a comedy and is desperately seeking an actor who possesses comedic talent.
The Can Do Twins create a giant soap bubble around Nibs so he can journey to the bottom of the lagoon to see the Mermaids' Grotto. While Captain Hook uses their same device to send Billy Jukes after him.
While Tinkerbell takes Michael to the Small Monday Island Fair, the pirates who are on Shore Leave have also decided to go there. So Michael and Tink decide play mischief ticks on all them.
Peter tricks Hook into thinking his mother wanted him to be a pilot, instead of a pirate. So Hook makes Billy Jukes with the help of the Can Do Twins invent a heavy then air flying machine.
The sun is rising and setting so fast that no one can keep track of what time it is so to put time back to normal they have to retrieve and fix the Neverland clock that was swallowed by the the cranky Croc.
After Wendy reads Peter and the rest of the gang some Jules Verne stories, they decide to build a submarine to attack the Jolly Roger. Meanwhile, Hook (also inspired by Jules Verne) hatches a plan to invade the Moon.
Peter steals Hook's hat then start's to talk and even act like him to the point where he becomes Captain of the Jolly Rodger and makes the Lost Boys apart of the crew. Hook returns to challenge his claim on the ship.
Hook and the pirates spy the Lost Boys rehearsing a Shakespeare play in the woods. So appalled by their incorrect recitations that Hook agrees on a temporary truce so that he can direct a production of Romeo and Juliet.
While Peter and the Lost Boys are playing French Musketeers they meet Count De Chauvin. In the mean time Captain Hook plans to annex Neverland to the British Empire before he and his Pirates leave to England.
Because it's Friday the 13th superstitious Robert Mullins's and rest of Pirates refuse to leave the Jolly Rodger so Peter and Curly play tricks on them, making them believe they are having bad luck.
To keep Hook from seeing a letter Starkey wrote to his Mom claiming he's the captain of the Jolly Rodger he frees Peter Pan. So to keep him from being hanged Wendy comes disguised as his Mom.
Because Hook saved Michael Wendy decides they should have a truce agreement. So after the Treaty is signed aboard the Jolly Rodger they decide to celebrate it at the Mardi Gras Fair.
Hook challenges Peter to and end game of Chess with life size pieces. So Billy Jukes and the Can Do Twins each build a set but make them all into killer ones.
Because of the appearance of three moons above Neverland Tinker Bell now the ability to shrink Peter the Darlings and the Lost Boys down to fairy size and take them to visit the Fairy King.
Mr. Smee discover's sea shell on the beach of Neverland which gives him brilliant information to solve many problems to the point Hook's calls him Professor Smee.
The passing of a shooting star grants three wishes Peter and Hook hears about the star's magic and recites the rhyme to call its power at the same time. The two enemies decide to split their wishes, each getting one and a half.
It's All Hallows Eve and Peter and the Lost Boys are playing lots of pranks on the pirates. One prank they pull is to steal the pirates' lantern. This revives the ghost of Jack O' Lantern.
Wendy thinks being fairy would be great so Tinkerbell agrees to changes Wendy into a fairy for a day but before the transformation is complete, she gets swallowed by the Croc.
The Mermaids steal Wendy's laugh so Peter and Lost Boys travel to the Cavern of Where Ever, the land of lost things, to find it because she will die without it. There they find Captain Hook's lost childhood.
Because Smee has made so many stupid mistakes Hook has permanently marooned him on Neverland to fend for himself. So Wendy tries to befriend Smee and help him get back on the Jolly Rodger.
Hook's beloved Macaw Short Tom flies away from the Jolly Rodger to Neverland. There he befriend Tinkerbell, Slightly and Michael, but Hook want's his pet back. So he Kidnaps Tinkerbell in exchange for Short Tom.
Hook captures Peter who sneaked on board the Jolly Roger to play his harpsichord but destroy's it. So Wendy flies over and convinces Hook to give Peter a fair trial.
Peter and Wendy have a foot race between Hard-to-Hit and Tiger Lily to retrieving various artifacts around Neverland to prove they can win without their flying powers.
After Captain Hook receives a blow to the head he thinks he's Dr. Livingstone and Smee is Prof. Argyle. Hook now leads his Pirates out on a expedition through Neverland that he now believes is Africa.
Robert Mullins steals the Neverscroll from Slightly, a parchment that can change anything in Neverland. Hook receives the scroll from him and starts erasing Neverland which hurts Peter Pan.
While escaping the Pirates Peter and the Lost Boys fall into an Egyptian parallel universe where Hook is Pharaoh and his crew are servants. There they find their Egyptian counterparts who are slaves.
After Hook puts too much gunpowder into Long Tom he gets blown to smithereens. The rest of the pirates decide to leave Neverland but the Lost Boys tell Peter that Hook's ghost now haunts a cave.
Tootles befriend a family of whales but Hook and the Pirates come to hunt them down. The baby is separated from it's parents and Tootles protects him to be reunited with them.
