Yuuta starts his first day of school as a transfer student. But with the school being so high tech, he is bewildered by everything. And to make matters worse, a bully sets his sights on him. Meanwhile, PiPoPa visit the school's website.
Hikaru invites Yuuta over to her house to help him with his homework, where he finds himself under the glare of her grandfather. But when Hikaru's digital art gets stolen, Yuuta joins PiPoPa on a mission to save it.
Bit, Bot and Bat, the self proclaimed rivals of PiPoPa, challenge the trio to a series of games to see who the best Web Ghosts are. Meanwhile, Yuuta is also challenged by his own rival; Kazushige.
Yuuta and PiPoPa head to the Viking TV site. An online streaming site that everyone is talking about, which has everything, even Yuuta's favorite show. But as they adventure through the different channels, a strange virus attacks.
In order to help their friend, Karin, save her family's Inn, Yuuta and Hikaru agree to make a Homepage for it. But Karin's Grandmother doesn't like the idea. Meanwhile, PiPoPa arrive at a closed site to test their courage.
Yuuta's class heads for Dream Future in order to learn about society structure. But finds himself lost when he goes to the restroom. Meanwhile, PiPoPa decide to visit Dream Future's site, only to run into a problem.
Aizawa is new to the city, and is looking for a job. Hikaru and Yuuta, seeing someone in need, help him get one in the shopping district. But the man is clumsy, and takes Hikaru's words to heart. Then a strange event occurs.
Lonely on his birthday, and missing his best friend, Yuuta asks PiPoPa to help him meet Mamoru. But getting there seems to be more of an adventure than they thought it would be.
