Eventually Rock learns about Mr. Nesrallah's resentment towards him and his extravagant lifestyle - Earl was once an aspiring musician himself, but gave it up to pursue a more stable career in accounting - a choice he has questioned ever since. And to make matters worse, Mr. Nesrallah discovers that the whole accounting error that cost Rock his fortune was his fault in the first place!
