We then set off for St George's church in Hanover square where Theodore Roosevelt and many others married. We also visit the home of Handel and Jimi Hendrix and discover the Royal Institute where Michael Faraday's discoveries have shaped the modern world.

Southwark forms one of the oldest parts of London and fronts the River Thames to the north. We visit Southwark Cathedral where it is said to have been a church since AD606. We delve into Borough market showcasing the diverse specialty food. We tour the Golden Hinde, a full sized replica of the 16th century ship that Sir Frances Drake used to circumnavigate the globe between 1577 and 1580.
