Hercules will call him and commission him to seek a pact with Vasquez. Through different flashbacks, which take place while Latimer is being tortured in Escobar's equestrian, we see the first phases of his plan and how it has been captured. In his house he explains to Patch and Angelín, that his intention is to use the information that Narco obtains from Vásquez and company, to put an end to Escobar, and to avenge the death of his brother.
