Ninth-grader Ilya Mayer gives an interview on the YouTube channel of a famous blogger, telling how his story began. Due to the advancement in the career of his mother Veronika Mayer at home, Ilya has to leave his favorite school in London and return to Russia. Ilya records thoughts about school life in the form of short videos and puts them on the Internet, but his posts collect few views. The only person close to the guy becomes his classmate Ira. After Ira rejected Egor's advances at one of the parties, he posts candid photos of the girl in the public and spreads vile rumors about her. The whole school joins in the harassment of Ira, but Ilya puts out a video in defense of the girl with the message "I also have naked photos, well, sew me up!". The provocative video is rapidly gaining popularity, the harassment stops. After the incident, Ilya and Ira decide to create something like a teen talk show called LATE NIGHT SCHOOL (LNS).

The historian finds out that Ilya and his team are filming the LNS, he supports the guys and offers them his help. The guys decide to continue the experiment. For the second issue, they find an interesting case on stalking and possible rape in the woods. Alyona, a high school student, makes accusations against Pasha's classmate that he took her to the forest and wanted to rape and kill her. The show allows you to understand the situation and settle the conflict that has flared up between young people. Soon, the security guard of the gym where the shooting took place begins to demand payment for the secret use of the premises.

As a result, Egor begins to follow Valera and finds out personal information about the guy's mental state. However, Ilya stands up for his friends. The new format of education is beginning to give the first results. Olya joins the race for likes - she changes her appearance and builds a multi-level strategy, which attracts the attention of guys and the envy of girls.

After an unsuccessful show, Olya decides to confess her feelings to Ilya, but finds him kissing Alisa. Trying to hurt Ilya's ego more, Lyokha tells him about his loser father, who works in a recreation center near Moscow.

Ilya finds his father, who in the past was a promising rock musician.

After a while, the LNS team decides to shoot the last issue, in which they themselves will be the heroes. The issue is a great success with the audience, Ira and Ilya are invited to their broadcast by a popular blogger.
