Rosa is a single mother who works cleaning at the Valladares home and in a chemical warehouse. She has OCD. Her son, Felipe, suffers from congenital heart disease that is curable with a surgery in the United States. Rodrigo, the youngest member of the Valladares family, rapes a young woman together with his cousin Francisco and they film it. Their friend Sebastian doesn't agree with the situation, when leaving the place he suspiciously meets with Chaparro. Rosa has to work at a reception at Sonia Valladares' modeling agency where Fanny, one of the models, is murdered. Rosa unwittingly discovers the crime scene and being threatened she begs for her life and offers to clean up the crime scene in return.

Teresa overdoses on sleeping pills and becomes critically ill, in the time Correa returns to Viridiana's school to see if he can find her trail. María, Rosa's coworker, contemplates a more serious relationship with the Valladares' household assistant. The murderers dispose of the body of Fanny, the model they murdered at Sonia's event, but her cellphone isn't. Sebastián, Rodrigo and Francisco's friend, disappears and the family believes that he has been kidnapped. That night, Felipe is admitted to the emergency room.

Genoveva goes to Correa to inform him that her husband is lying: a ransom was never demanded for her son, soon Correa receives a warning from his boss and is removed from the case. Felipe recovers, but surgery is urgent. Correa and Gutiérrez go to Norberto's ranch and they find the place immaculate. María goes to a club at the request of Sonia, and a woman leads her to a private room. Rosa works another crime scene and, because of the guilt she feels, keeps some of the evidence - a cigar, a card and a green earing - after she is done cleaning.

Gutiérrez, following Correa's instructions, learns that non-commercial cleaning products have been used to clean. María is nowhere to be found and Pancho begins his own search. Felipe's father, Raul, shows up. He will pose a new threat to Rosa. Correa visits Sonia, who is unsure about what happened with María. Rodrigo kills El Ganso's bodyguard.

Pancho goes to report María's kidnapping and although they don't help him, it remains on file. Rodrigo asks his father for money, but he refuses to help him. Correa asks Don Samuel for help, while Ángela wants the truth about Sebastián's death, but her father asks her to leave everything alone. Emma shows Gutiérrez the catalog of models and he takes her to identify Fanny's body. Sonia asks Carlos about María, who tells her that she went away with an influential person. Raúl takes Felipe away.

Chaparro and Ramiro incinerate María and Pancho and when Rosa arrives to clean the incinerator, she sees their friends bodies. Carlos finds Sonia dead from an overdose. Later, he watches the video of Rodrigo raping her. Rosa arranges to meet Gutiérrez at his apartment to give him the evidence and to confess about the cleanings. At this point, Chaparro and Ramiro show up and injure Gutiérrez. Ramiro kills Chaparro and Correa. Rosa travels to the USA for Felipe's surgery and is arrested upon her return. After some time in prison, a powerful person recruits her to clean other crime scenes - Her past still haunts her.
