In Brussels, a big commercial and financial corporation tries to impose a new shopping mall over a populated and living area, trying to demolish the ancient neoclassical buildings and to push inhabitants and squatters of the neighborhood out. The documentary follows the citizens' resistance to the massive exploitation and commercialization of their city, while remembering Igor, painter and sculptor, a victim of the arson which ended the occupation of one of these houses.
