The series kicks off with Wally West (played by Devon Ingram) going on a date with his girlfriend, Jessica Quick (played by Erin Langer), and the date is soon interrupted when Wally comes face to face with a brand new supervillain going by the name of Chaos (played by George Gilbert) who is intent on showing off his frightening strength.

Terrified of Chaos' powers, Wally turns to his retired mentor and world famous, popular superhero, The Flash, also known as Barry Allen (played by Harry Larter). Barry recognises Chaos and upon realising he has a history of his own with the villain, he calls in two of his retired superfriends; Supergirl, also known as Kara Zor-El (played by Mia Carter), and The Green Arrow, also known as Oliver Queen (played by Louis Westover). Together they try and come up with a solution, but are quickly interrupted.

Defeated and now alone, Wally must pick up the broken pieces and come up with a plan to not just track down the villain, but also save Barry, Kara and Oliver at the same time. After Barry suddenly appears in Wally's garage with terrible news, him and Wally make a last ditch effort to hunt down Chaos and put a stop to him.

All hope seems lost, Barry comes to Wally's aid, but it's too late. Chaos disappears and multiple weeks go past. The five year anniversary of 'The Battle for Earth' approaches and Barry plans on revealing his identity to the world. However, Chaos finally shows up again and is ready to execute his evil plan. Wally is desperate to prove himself and take revenge on the villain. Will everything go to plan? Will Wally finally defeat Chaos? Or will Wally's excessive need to prove himself just put him in even more danger?
