The Minerva docks at the ZAFT base and they are met by Chairman Durandal. He tells Athrun, Shinn and other crew members, causing Shinn to think about the past and he met a beautiful girl who falls into the ocean. Diving in to rescue her, he must then wait for them to be rescued. The Alliance Forces gather, with also the Orb Allies who launch an attack on ZAFT. The Minerva prepare for a battle, but unknowingly to them, another group is going to try to end all the fighting.

The movie is just a recap of the first 25 episodes of the TV series. A.D. 1982, the planet alignment brought the human beings ordeal we should overcome, and it caused a convulsion on the Earth. During the conflict, a light fell on to the Myojinsho reef, and five lights scattered around the Earth as if they followed it. 17 years had passed since then. A.D. 1999, human beings had developed all of the solar system, and began to embark for outer space. The Earth Defense Army organized an elite squad, Crasher, to provide for various happening in space. Myojin Takeru was the member of the team. He was found in the light fell on to the Myojinsho reef. Actually he was Mars who was born on the planet Gishin. When he grew up, he heard unearthly voice, "Mars, stop the Earthians' advancement to the space. Explode the Earth" He was a living triggering device that had been sent by Emperor Zure, who plotted to conquer the universe. However, Mars, who had been raised as an Earthian, rejected the order, and made up his mind to face the severe fate.

The OVA shows two brothers who are protectors of the island of Konpei. Both grew up struggling and followed their routine by training and hunting to have something to eat. For some reason the Dragons who inhabited the island are gone, and there remains only one. The Dragons of this island carry in their forehead a very beautiful jewel that covets some bandits. Kosuke and Rikimaru will protect the island and the Dragon at any cost, for if the last Dragon dies or leaves, the islanders, including them, are in danger of life.

One day, Mana Aida receives a wedding dress from her mother and grandmother that they had worn in the past. While thinking about who she would wear this beside someday, a mysterious man named Marsh appears, and Mana is thrown back into the past. She was happy to see her grandmother she loved and her old dog Maro, but she then realizes that Alice and Rikka aren't there because memories have been altered. In order to save precious memories, the future, dreams and hope, Mana transforms into Cure Heart.

Alien superhero Cashman admittedly saves the world for money, as he needs gold to power his crash-landed spaceship and go back home.

Lupin steals an Alien Metal from Area 51 and it's the same thing the Bloody Angels want for their unknown needs.
