Das rote Tuch

Fri, Mar 11, 2022
Chief Commissioner Helen Dorn has to deal with an arson attack. On a boat a fire was set and the owner, real estate agent Ralph Wagner, was killed. In the case of the autopsy, however, it is clear that Wagner was killed on a broken neck. Dorn learns from Wagner's company partner Thomas Lehmann that he and Wagner have been threatened by the left-wing extremists because they bought the building "Red Cloth" in which the left-wing center is located. The spokesman Dirk Müller denies any fault of himself and his group. Dorn learns that Wagner had a secret mistress Jasmin Friedrichs. That night she was with Wagner on the boat. The masked killer set the fire, killed Wagner, but saved her. She recognized Lehmann to be the killer due to his perfume, but does not mention this until now because she hoped to extort money from him. The motive was a discord between Lehmann and Wagner when, contrary to their former agreement of "sharing everything", Wagner wanted to have his beloved Friedrichs only for himself.
