When Scarecrow gets love-struck, Tin Man's mouth rusts shut, and Lion eats sticky peanut butter, Toto has to negotiate with a two-headed yak for the cure to the jinx curse. Dorothy finds the Magic Magnifying Glass of Oz that can change anything's size, but the Nome King steals it to grow himself big and take over Oz.

It's Halloween night and Dorothy and crew are trick-or-treating when they come to the end of the Yellow Brick Road. Not ready to call it a night, Dorothy convinces them to follow the Red Brick Road instead. But their journey down the RBR leads to a haunted house, where the CANDY MAN spooks them and steals their candy.
When chunks of the Yellow Brick Road go missing, Dorothy and friends follow a trail back to the Wheelers' camp, and find that Rustle stole the bricks to get out of racing with a broken wheel. Glinda's twin sister, Melinda the Mean, poses as Glinda and is mean to all the Munchkins to ruin Glinda's reputation and take power.
Nome King gets cranky about not being included in a book of Ozian rulers from the time he briefly took over, so he goes after the author, Professor Wagglebug. Wilhemina orders three mail-order imps and fires Frank and Lyman. Meanwhile, the Zoop gets the hiccups, causing earthquakes across Oz, because he thinks Ozma cursed him.
