Thousands of Africans fought alongside the Portuguese in the colonial war. With the decolonization, they were left to their fate. Some were shot or persecuted by the new powers, and even to receive medical treatment, it was difficult for them to come to Portugal. How is it possible that justice is not served for these men who were at the forefront of the war, such as former Corporal Luís Silva?
