A terrorist group plans to disrupt Monopolis but their plans are halted as they are identified by the police. Many are captured except for the leader who runs into Shun Nonomura, a boy that loves to tinker with machines.
As the police continue to search for the terrorists, they also begin to search for Alex's girlfriend from Earth, Melinda, who has been kidnapped by the faction. Shun, Rachel, and Gramps is caught in between the ensuing fight.
Gramps gets injured from the previous battle and Shun, Rachel, and Melinda try to get him help. Meanwhile, the colonists are starting to feel unsettled and begin to protest.
With both sides decimated, just what has everything up until now been for? With the future uncertain, all must consider where they stand, and they are fighting for. (Part 2)
