A drug abusing/depressed detective, who has been trying to arrest a fugitive for 3 years, finally bumps into him by pure luck and manages to apprehend this crafty/smooth talking criminal, just before the detective can feel relieved and celebrate after all the hard paper work and search parties he has committed himself to; he is now about to encounter, a worse outcome than death itself.
