Bertha calls the Coop Troop when Prince takes her place on her favourite sofa. While some of the Coop Troop try to find ways to coax him off it, the others fetch his favourite cat toy, hoping they can tempt him to leave. The Coop Troop end up destroying the sofa... and the whole house.

Albert needs the Coop Troop to feed him since his owner has left him nothing to eat. Indeed, his owner wants him to lose weight by exercising on his hamster wheel. Billy and Jo make the wheel easier to use and it sends Albert shooting through the window. As it's the first time he's been outside, Albert gets lost and neither he, Billy or Jo knows where they are.

Bertha calls the Coop Troop because Britney and Christina are arguing over an annoying little bell. While some of the Coop Troop try to help Christina, the rest try to help Britney. It's not easy finding a way to patch things up between these two fiery BFFs.

Agnes calls in a panic. Their owners got confused and accidentally thought Reggie's shell was a bowl and mailed it as a wedding gift. Flo, Maggie and Jo jump into action and track down the mailman - planning to exchange one package for another, while Clive and Billy keep an eye on Reggie who desperately wants to retrieve the bowl on his own.

The Cockatoos call the Troop because they're worried about Bertha. She doesn't seem to be taking her lead role in the upcoming dog food commercial too seriously. When the Troop arrives, Flo sees the script and realises Bertha has to do some major stunts. Bertha panics. With the help of Crystal, they train her how to jump like a superhero but when it becomes too scary for her, Bertha bolts. The Troop must find her before her owners come back.

The Coop Troop get a call that Bertha is missing. They hop in the coop but as they drive away, they see the Farmer with Bertha. Thinking she's a stray, the farmer intends to turn her into a sheepdog. The Coop Troop plan a major escape to get Bertha back to her home. The only trouble is that Bertha enjoys her new role and doesn't want to leave.

A Whiff of Danger
Bertha calls in pain. She won't say why, so the Troop rush over to discover that some very sharp quills have been stuck in her bottom and she has no idea who did it. All she heard was a sneeze. The Troop splits into two. One half tries to find this mysterious assailant (Elvis, who's allergic to pollen) while the other tries to remove the quills without being bitten by a very irritable Bertha.

The Coop Troop answer a call from Cornelius. He has a poppy seed stuck in his teeth and it's quite uncomfortable. They zip over, take it out and go back to the farm, only to realise later that Jo is missing. Clive, Maggie and Billy can only assume that Cornelius has swallowed Jo. Not wanting to worry Flo, Billy stays behind to distract her while the other two rush to town to get Jo out of Cornelius.

Prince calls up because he's cold. His owners left for the weekend and turned down the heat. Flo installs one of her inventions to heat the place up, but it works so well, the water in the fishbowl starts to evaporate. Fred and Frida are running out of H2O while the Coop Troop are stuck at the farm with the farmer who thinks they're hungry and insists on feeding them a feast of food.

The Mayor's secret. Joy goes to find out what Mayor Hayne is hiding in his house. An old acquaintance crashes in as surprise and shocks everyone. The rioting Nadirs approach Mayor's house, but does the Mayor give them mercy? Part 15/18. The Company Man. Who is the supernatural man behind the influential but unknown corporation, and how does this all relate to the Mayor? And will Joy finally find out what happened to Hope? Part 16/18. More lies. Joy finally understands what this is all about. The Company Man comes to destroy the evidence and is about to destroy the entire building. Joy releases her anger at the Aliah who is trying to convince Joy of the danger. Part 17/18. Sacrifice. The menacing Company Man wants the evidence, even if forcibly, but Joy no longer intends to sacrifice others but to sacrifice herself again. Joy brings the evidence and confronts the most dangerous supernatural killer, The Company Man. Is Joy going to make it?! Part 18/18. Happy Ending? The Nadir riots are calming down and the dust has settled. Joy wants to make it clear to the Aliah how she mistreated other with the Star Program, but does the Aliah hear anything anymore?
