On November 12, 1971, an Aboriginal woman is murdered. The four suspects come close to being arrested in the Spring of 1972, but are ultimately released.
In 1985, a rookie RCMP Constable arrives in The Pas and reopens the case. It finally goes to trial in 1987, but only one of the four suspects is convicted.
