This case has been ongoing for over 6 months and has been shrouded in secrecy the entire time, by the Mendocino County DA's Office and investigating Law Enforcement Agencies. The extreme lack of transparency involving Law Enforcement in Mendocino County is still on going and privileges still afforded to those in certain positions.
