Jen also deals with an internal struggle of whether to turn in both her step-father and Sam to the authorities, Detective O'Hayes. Det. O'Hayes mounts his longtime investigation, and stumbles upon Sam's vigilante ways on an unlikely mountain top with his two crooked partners. Sam finds himself faced with these two crooked cops, and handles them quickly with some good old fashioned ground-and-pound... on a mountain, then finds himself stuck deep in a rear naked choke, and deep in jail.
