Apart from hydrogen the atoms that comprise your body were forged in the core of stars. Then when these stars exploded in supernovae the atoms were scattered throughout the universe. Eventualy some of these atoms were gathered together as new stars. At least one of these stars, our sun, formed a planet called Earth with people living on it. But no one knows if the atoms in your body came from the same star or a multitude of wildly dispersed stars.
