Sixteen Australians travel blindfolded on a bus to Whaler's Way, where host Lincoln Howes divides them into two tribes based on the colour of their blindfolds, uses the toss of a coin to decide which tribe gets to choose where they camp, and directs them to maps that give them directions to the camps where they have to build shelters and spend the next thirty-nine days surviving each other.
