Summary New mum Bobbie Jo Theriault suffered bullying as a child because of a rare medical condition which means she had an unusually-shaped head. But she bravely made the decision to have her own babies, despite having around a 50/50 chance of passing the condition on to them. Her one-year-old triplets Kaydence, Kaylin and Taylor, were all born with Crouzon Syndrome and have undergone several operations at St Vincent Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis to correct their misshapen skulls. Bobbie Jo and her husband Jason, 40, also have a son Jayden, six, who has the condition and had an operation when he was one. The genetic condition causes a baby's skull to fuse too early, leaving the person with a unusually-shaped head and protruding eyes. But the triplets are now recovering well and developing into healthy and happy one-year-olds who will be able to lead a normal.
