What drives these people to create temporary art that will vanish after the first rain? The artists in this film range from traditional Madonnari to one of the best-known street painters Edgar Mueller, who makes large 3D paintings. Kurt Wenner, the inventor of 3D pavement art, takes us back to the time he revolutionized the art form in Rome. The documentary is a tribute to the very essence of street creativity, honoring pavement artists all over the world.

She returns to Wind River after thirty years to see how education and growing up on the reservation has changed.
