Summary Lucu gets rushed in at the Bondi clinic. The small dog has been bitten by a paralysis tick and the poison is rapidly spreading through the dog's body making Lucu get breathing problems whilst also losing the feeling in his back legs. Chris and his team battle for the dog's life but will they prevail? At SASH a horrifying victim of a dog chase is brought in. Jonti fell on a large piece of glass when she tried to escape from the family dog. The large, deep and nasty wound makes Lisa fear the worst for the cat in the blood soaked towel. And Tim calls in Chris' help when he himself is called to an emu farm where one of the emu is walking around with a bad limp. Chris has a suspicion of what may be the problem but to be sure he will need to examine the emu's leg. Catching the emu however may be far easier said than done.
