Summary A heatwave tortures Bondi visitors. The day has barely begun or the first of many victims fall due to a heat stroke. The next day the wind has brought in the cold water from deep in the ocean, resulting in a heatwave on land and almost freezing ocean water. The lifeguards now change to treating people for hypothermia. As a race starts, not many swimmers make it to the end in the freezing water. When a strong wind comes in, tourists flee the beach, but surfers head in. With more surfers in than waves it is a recipe for collisions.
