Video Package: James, Lauren, Haley, and Scotty went to a private screening of scenes from "Super 8" and met with director J.J. Abrams. It's basically an ad for the movie. He then gives them all Super 8 cameras to help film their hometown visits. They play with the cameras. Ryan then interviews one of the stars Elle Fanning and talks about how her cousin's favorite is Scotty.
Hometown visit: Haley headed back to the Chicago area. She's worried the rain will keep people from her parade. It doesn't. She thanks a girl for freaking out. The Mayor proclaims it Haley Reinhart day. Seh shoots the crowd with her Super 8 camera. She heads home to hang with her family and friends. There's a pep rally at her old high school. Then it's off to Arlington Park for a concert, she says there are 30,000 people there. She plays and her dad plays along with her.
Ford Commercial: "Smile." The gang heads to the beach and flies a kite, builds a sandcastle, toss the ball around and film it.
Performance: Il Volo perform "O Sole Mio." It's in Italian. They're Italian. They're a pop-classical vocal trio.
Hometown visit: Scotty heads back to Garner, N.C. Scotty heads out for a radio interview at which he's mobbed screaming girls. He heads home to see his family and friends. He heads to his high school and throws a few pitches from the mound. He cries when he gets back in the car, it's very touching. He goes tot he grocery store where he used to work, throws on an apron and is greeted by hundreds of folks. He shoots the crowd with his Super 8 camera. His parade is very well-attended. He has an outdoor concert, also very well-attended. Josh Turner shows up and surprises him when he starts into his song "Your Man" aka "baby lock them doors..." Scotty freaks out and hands him the microphone. Scotty promises to bring a win home to Garner.
Performance: Nicole Scherzinger and 50 Cent perform her new single "Right There." Lots of feathers and hip shimmies. And then 50 Cent raps.
Hometown visit: Lauren heads back to Georgia. She does her radio show, her AT&T store appearance, Lauren Alaina day, high school visit, screaming fans etc. etc. She also tours some tornado damage and is overwhelmed by the devastation. She visits with a young boy who rescued his family from tornado wreckage. She heads to her concert at Coolidge Park in Chattanooga. It is very well attended.

She gets a nice round of applause and sings herself out with "Bennie and Jets."
