Tea Worm conveys the significance of the tong chairman's scepter, signifying control over Chinatown, and offers Rainman a proposition to secure their protection by finding a suitable candidate for chairman.

Phil encounters Dana's distraught father in Super Wok, who vows to avenge his daughter's death. Phil maintains his composure but suffers a panic attack after the man's departure.

High above Chinatown, King confronts Monk, leading to a fierce battle where King is initially overpowered but eventually triumphs, unleashing an unexpected power within himself. Red neon lights flare in his eyes as he stands over Monk's lifeless body.
