The whole of Japan has become a lawless zone dominated by crime and violence. In order to deal with this situation, the National Police Agency overcame the old-fashioned sectionalism of the National Police Agency and challenged the Japan Mafia directly. Three teenagers get their hands on gas cutting equipment. Deciding to make some money, the boys take their neighbor's policeman's car without permission and head to an abandoned construction site to cut up and sell an old tower crane for scrap metal. However, the crane falls on the car of the leader of a criminal group, who has just shot a truck driver in front of their eyes. Trying to escape, the friends get into an accident and smash the BMW. What seemed like a profitable business becomes the beginning of a whole series of problems.
