Summary While the Strike Force team is involved in stopping a bank robbery, Dr. Hardigan and his bride are being harassed by a gang of street punks who have been terrorizing downtown L.A. for quite some time. Following serious complaints by the surgeon, Strike Force is put on the case. Soon the gang strikes again, but this time they leave a corpse behind.
