Summary A group of thugs is robbing elderly people in the neighborhood. When a local councilwoman is killed during one of the robberies, it's high time for Captain Murphy and his Strike Force to step in. But the victims and witnesses are too scared to stand up to the villains who soon decide to take it one step further - they are robbing a church during mass. When Captain Murphy comes across a bag lady who witnessed the councilwoman being killed, she not only proves to be a valuable witness but it also turns out she's played a special part in Frank Murphy's life.
