Summary Laura (Carlotta Natoli) and Matteo (Daniele Pecci), who have become a steady couple at work, are called to investigate a case of poisoning: a famous chef died after drinking a glass of almond milk. In the meantime, Lidia (Eleonora Sergio), the woman with whom Iacopo (Gianmarco Tognazzi) betrayed Laura, tries to get closer to him, who instead wants to win back his wife, while Matteo pretends to be engaged to Laura to escape from an ex who is a bit too intrusive.
