This film is based on a true story about gang life on the streets of Chicago. Ceasar, a young teen, seeks acceptance and membership into the Brotherhood, a gang lead by his older brother, Kiko. Set on breaking the family gang cycle, Kiko fights to keep Ceasar away from a life of crime and violence while others set out to destroy an entire family and the Brotherhood.

Jaco (Regala) is feared by the people in their own town. Together with his gang. Jaco creates terror and havoc. They pick fights, take drugs, hit on women. Jaco and his cohorts get away with it because Jaco's family is rich and influential. Until one day when a woman Jaco molests and leaves for dead recovers and presses charges. To top it all, one of his gangmates sides with the complaint.

After 1988 Seoul Olympic, Ji Kang-heon, who is sentenced for 7 years, and other inmates escape from the police van. After escaping, Ji Kang-heon and inmates make the entire Seoul under fear while they hold hostages.

This urban drama is based on a shocking true story. An undercover cop puts his life on the line to fight corruption in his department, while trying to take down the biggest Drug Kingpin of New York City. No one can be trusted as the body count rises.
