Summary An irate Frank Cooper alleges that his asthmatic daughter Chloe was attacked at the swimming baths by Stella Spencer,a member of a rival swimming team. Simon Marshall,the coach admits that there is some jealousy of Chloe because her condition has afforded her a grant whilst the other swimmers must pay a subscription but believes the girls were probably arguing and this brought on Chloe's asthma attack.
