Summary Operation Leo was a plan to kidnap the former Swedish Minister for Immigration, Anna-Greta Leijon, in 1977. The plan was devised by the second generation of the German Red Army Faction. Leijon was not a member of the Government at the time and because of this the operation might just be fiction.
