Summary The gangster Arnold Somville escapes from prison. His cell mate, junkie Dirk Van Hout, tells the police he might have shot his mouth off against Somville. Dirk's parents have a luxurious boutique in the Louisalaan and they have Canadian obligates, worth 3 million Franks, at home for grabs. Tibo, who is a regular customer there, warns Arthur Van Hout, but he can't arrange police protection, which pisses Arthur off very much. To be safe, he brings his obligates to the bank. That same night Somville pays him a visit and when there is nothing to steal, he shoots down Arthur. The attorney general, a personal friend of the Van Houtens, furiously blames Snoeckx, because he knew there was something going down and he did nothing.
