The trials and tribulations of Anne, a young Berliner whose aspirations to be a police officer land her in Rostock, a run-down city in the northeastern part of the country.

In the course of 52 days, the crazed environment surrounding spring break wreaks havoc on Panama City Beach. Sheriff Frank McKeithen is a dedicated lawman desperately trying to reclaim his county from the turmoil.

Hotaru Amami, who manages her own private investigate office, is working on extermination of swindlers target women with her assistant Mizuno, who is a law student.
