Summary Robin is hired by the Insurance Alliance to investigate an insurance fraud ring which has specialized in false personal injury cases and netted millions over the years. Robin goes undercover, posing as a "flopper" (a man who fakes personal injuries), and he is finally hired by Milt Danzig who is in charge of the local portion of the illegal organization. Robin is soon caught, however, trying to steal important records. Instead of quitting his assignment, however, Robin puts himself in even greater jeopardy by attempting to blackmail the higher-ups in the ring. The maneuver pays off, however, when Robin, at risk of his life, is able to get evidence not only against Danzig and his associates, but on the national boss of the organization as well.
