It will take a forensic geologist digging in the dirt and detectives accessing cell phone towers in the sky to nail a suspect who claims he was never there. Conclusive evidence comes from the suspect's SUV, from phone records, from testimony about the shotgun he had, and mineralogic profiles which confirm his presence at the crime scene.
