Summary A restaurant co-owner and head chef is abducted. Police lieutenant Marie Balaguère and prosecutor Elisabeth Brochène have to act quickly in order to find the man. By phone, a ransom is demanded. Later in the investigation, Marie Balaguère finds the body of the abducted man.
