Summary Pankaj Mandal's celebration is short lived, as he realises through a newspaper, that the land he has just brought is disputed! An anonymous caller then warns him to not claim the land. The night after the land is religiously officiated, he gets a phone call about people taking over the plot. On arriving there, Pankaj is beaten to death by a biker gang and the case deepens!
