Summary Following a protracted manhunt, Federal Police Investigator Nora Weiss is finally able to track down and arrest Karl Strasser, a suspected sex offender. However, Strasser is released again the next day due to a procedural error. At the same time, a bomb attack kills a well-respected Syrian doctor at a Lübeck hospital.
